Welcome to Higley Football!

Communication is key and we want to make sure that you always have the most relevant and important information!  We need parents to do two things in order to receive that information:

#1- Create a Sports Engine Login Account (For all parents who have never created a login account):

• From a Desktop: you can click on "Create An Account" at the top of the page and then follow the instructions.
• From a Mobile Device: you can click on "Login", type in your email, and it will lead you through the steps to create an account
• From Anywhere: You can click on this link, Create An Account.  Go to the bottom where it says "Not signed in" and choose "Create An Account".
•  It is important that this is only one parent's account with that one parent's contact information.  For multiple households, families that would like both parents to receive communication, grandparents, etc. that would also like to receive communication, we will show you how to "link" another person to your profile in another section below.

#2- Create a Player Profile

• Now that you have a Login Account, you need to create a player(s) profile.   Make sure you are logged in and then click HERE to add a player(s) profile.
• Make sure to complete the contact information with the parent's email and phone number (not the player's contact info) so that the parent gets all the communication for that player.
• Parents can register multiple players by filling in the player profile form multiple times or choosing "Register Another Player" at the end of the form.

Congratulations!  You are ready to receive communication from Parents UKnight!

**Would you like to verify your profile is set up correctly?  Would you like to add more family members to your player's profile so they can also get communication?  Do you need to update your previous contact info?  Do you need support?  Check out the bottom section of this page for additional details!

Want to make sure everything is set up correctly?

• From either a Desktop or Mobile Device- make sure you're logged in to your Sports Engine Account.  Click on Your Name on the top of the page.  It will give you a drop down with your name again.  Click on your Name in the drop down.
• This will bring you to the user profile page and "Household" will be highlighted.  Click on "Household" one more time and boxes should appear with your name and your player(s) name.  That means you are good to go!

Has your contact information changed?

1. Start by clicking here. 
2. Log in with your username and password
3. Once it presents you with "My Account"- click Continue.  
4. Click on "Household"
5. Click the box of the name you would like to update.  It will then present you with a "pencil" icon in order to make edits.
6. Make your changes and then click save.

Would you like more people in your family to receive communication?

1. Start by clicking here. 
2. Log in with your username and password
3. Once it presents you with "My Account"- click Continue.  
4. Click on "Household"
5. Click on the box with the player's name (this will not work by choosing the original parent's box)
6. On the right side, under the Guardian header, click on the plus sign (+).
7. Input the Guardian's email address to invite them.
8. Make sure the "toggle" is selected next to your player's name.  If there is more than one player, make sure all the necessary players are selected for that Guardian.
9. Click Send Invitation.
